By accessing caebenir.com (the "Site") or purchasing any CAE BENIR product, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

CAE BENIR fragrances are composed, bottled, and hand-packed in small batches in Atlanta, Georgia. Because each pressing is made by hand, slight variation in color, sillage, and bottle finish is part of the work and not a defect. Our fragrances are intended for personal use on skin or clothing only — they are not to be ingested, inhaled directly, or applied to broken skin.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or violations of these Terms. An order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance; your order is accepted when it ships.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate. Orders may be screened for fraud before fulfillment.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Estimated transit times are not guarantees. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on the Site — including the CAE BENIR name and marks, fragrance names, written verse, narration, short films, photography, packaging, and visual design — is the property of CAE BENIR and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or use any portion of the Site to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, emails, or other materials to CAE BENIR, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the brand. You represent that you own or have the right to share what you submit.

CAE BENIR fragrances contain natural and synthetic aromatic materials, including essential oils, that may cause irritation or allergic reaction in some individuals. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products have not been evaluated for use during pregnancy or while nursing — consult a physician before using if pregnant or nursing. Keep away from open flame, eyes, and children. Store in a cool, dark place.

Any partner or affiliate relationship with CAE BENIR is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this Site or in marketing communications creates an affiliate, partnership, agency, or employment relationship absent such an agreement.

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAE BENIR and its founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CAE BENIR from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
